Purchase Options

HealthWyse offers several options for purchasing your information solution.  either in the traditional software purchase model called EssentialCare, or in a turnkey model in which all hardware and software are included in a per-user monthly fee, called TotalCare. In both models HealthWyse offers a several levels of support, depending on your information technology resources.

 

Essential Care

Software: User based licensing is purchased by the agency.

One time services: Implentation, training project management, data conversion and other one time services are purchased by the agency.

CallWyse per visit fees and telephony usage fees are billed as used based on visit volume and telephony usage.

Hardware: Data Center Hardware supplied by HealthWyse.  All end-user hardware including desktops, servers, network and Point of Care devices are purchased and maintained by the agency.

Service & Support: 24 x 7 Software support and annual data center fees are purchased by the agency.


Total Care

A single monthly fee, based on the number of agency based and field based users is paid by the agency.  This monthly fee incorporates all software, agency based hardware (desktops, Point of Care devices and network), implementation and training services, annual maintenence and support services, and data center services.
