HealthWyse offers a set of standard and optional IT services that can manage your solution on an end to end basis. Please refer to the HealthWyse Survivability Architecture solution overview for additional details

Standard Managed Services include IT Management Services, Point of Care communication services, Software Update Services, Systems Hosting Services, OASIS Transmission Services (Home Health), ElectronicClaims Transmission Services,

Optional Managed IT Services are available including management of POC device pool, management of Desktop device pool, management of Local Area Network and VPN, Disaster Recovery Services, Disaster Planning and Consulting services, and System Performance and Capacity Planning services.

Data Conversion Services

HealthWyse has developed a set of data conversion tools that we use to transfer and load your data into your new HealthWyse database. As an agency, your responsibility is to get the data from your existing system in a machine readable form. HealthWyse takes the responsibility of loading and mapping that data into the HealthWyse database. Your agency has the opportunity to review and approve the data load, resulting in the automation of what is generally a major task in many system implementation projects. In addition, HealthWyse implementation specialists will work with you to determine ways to clean and scrub data that may need some additional attention. Implementation and Training Services

HealthWyse has developed an extensive set of solution implementation, project management and application training services that are designed insure your success. These services are tailored to your agency’s needs, resulting in a thorough and customized implementation project plan. The services include an analysis of your agency’s business processes, which identifies opportunities for streamlining and refinement in advance of the implementation of your new solution. Our extensive data conversion services allows your implementation project team to focus on business process and training issues, rather than data conversion.

Our SuccessWyse Customer Care Training Program was designed by training professionals with extensive clinical and administrative home care, hospice and private duty agency experience. We reccomend a Train-the-Trainer Model to ensure that your organization develops the appropriate in house skills. These in house super users will lead the training to agency staff, as well as provide ongoing support and expertise after the implementation is completed. Training is performed using live agency data, resulting in a more meaningful learning experience. HealthWyse provides a mix of on-site training and remote web-based training; supported by an extensive library of training materials that can be tailored by the agency to incorporate their unique business policies and procedures.

Support Services

HealthWyse Customer Care is available on a 24x7x365 basis through a dedicated toll free number. In addition, the secure messaging capability that is built into your HealthWyse solution links all of your office and field staff directly to the HealthWyse support team for non-critical issues. Problem resolution is expedited due to the hosted solution model
